The Municipality of Pécs is constantly examining the possibilities of changes in local bus schedules. Announcement follows.
Our goal is to minimize exposure to the coronavirus epidemic, taking into account the principle of proportionality. At the same time, the operation of companies must be safeguarded which requires the continued operation of public transit to ensure transportation of employees with the lowest risk possible. We also want to ensure the access to food, medicine, cleaning and hygiene products. However, we ask everyone, including the most vulnerable elderly, to stay at home if the circumstances allow.
Keeping in mind the objectives stated above, local bus schedules will change as follows starting 12 a.m., Thursday, March 26th, effectively from 4 a.m.
(Additionally, as of March 18th, summer schedule is the basis of service.)
