Egy egyedülálló projekt keretében rengeteg segítséget kapnak a pécsi anyukák és családjaik. A tavaly óta futó „Munka ÉS család. A nők munkaerő-piaci helyzetének javítása és Nő-Köz-Pont létrehozása Pécsett” program legújabb felvonásaként ingyenes képzések és egyéb felkészítő programok közül válogathatnak a pécsi családanyák!

Ahogy azt korábban megírtuk, a Pécsi Sport Nonprofit Zrt. vezetésével a Pécsimami Közhasznú Egyesület, a Pécs-Baranyai Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara és a MIOK a hátrányos helyzetű emberekért Alapítvány 196,96 millió forint vissza nem térítendő támogatást nyert a „Munka ÉS család. A nők munkaerő-piaci helyzetének javítása és Nő-Köz-Pont létrehozása Pécsett” elnevezésű projektre.

A programnak több eleme sikeresen megvalósult Pécsen az indulása óta eltelt közel egy év alatt, mint például az ingyenes gyerektaxi-szolgáltatás, létrehozták a baranya.munkacsalad.hu című weboldalt, amelyen bárki ingyenes hirdetést adhat fel, ha gyerekfelügyeletet vállalna, vagy bébiszittert keresne, de számos szemléletformáló programmal készülnek a projekt keretében a következő években, ilyen az Apák Napja és a Láthatatlan Munka Napja is.

A családoknak hatalmas segítség a térítésmentes lehetőség

A projekt legújabb induló elemei az ingyenes, igen széles témákat felölelő felnőttképzések, workshopok, melyek egészen 2020 november végéig tartanak majd. Kriston Csilla, a MIOK a hátrányos helyzetű emberekért Alapítvány kuratóriumi elnöke elárulta, hogy a tervezett, összesen tizenkét képzés témáját úgy állították össze, hogy azok egy komplex, átfogó tudást adjanak, és fejlődési lehetőséget kínáljanak azoknak a nőknek, akiknek mindennapjaik során több szerepben is helyt kell állniuk.

Hogyan készítsünk jó bébiételt, vagy hogyan vezessük le a feszültséget?

A közeljövőben három tanfolyam indul, melyre 15-20 fő jelentkezését várják a szervezők. A konfliktuskezelési tréningen hatékony technikákat sajátíthatunk el a konfliktusok kezeléséhez, a stresszkezelési módok és technikák tanfolyamon megtanulhatjuk, hogyan ismerjük fel és kezeljük a stresszt, hogy ne menjenek emiatt tönkre az emberi kapcsolataink, a házi ételkészítési gyakorlatokon megtanulhatjuk, hogyan készítsünk jó bébiételt 0-3 éves korú gyermekek számára, de a kisded táplálásáról is szerezhetünk fontos ismereteket.

– Míg az őskorban a kardfogó tigris elől kellett menekülni, ma a folyamatos megfelelési kényszer, a családi és munkahelyi elvárások összeegyeztetése jelenti a stresszforrást. A stressz jelenléte teljesen normális, baj akkor van, ha a kiváltó okkal nem tudunk mit kezdeni, hiszen a hosszan tartó feszültség a testet is megbetegítheti – avat be Szabó János, a stresszkezelési módok és technikák kurzus trénere.

Mindhárom képzés harminc órát ölel fel, és elsősorban nők részére kínálják. Kriston Csilla elmondja, hogy a képzési időpontok megválasztása során törekszenek a pécsi anyukák időbeosztását is figyelembe venni, de hétvégi képzések is indulnak a hétköznapokban elfoglalt nők számára.

A képzések ideje alatt ingyenes gyermekfelügyeletet biztosítanak a részt vevő anyukáknak. Minden jelentkező kap motivációs csomagot, illetve a program elvégzése után tanúsítványt is. A felnőttképzéseken túl pedig, a MIOK székhelyén, minden hónap utolsó csütörtök délutánján ingyenes jogi tanácsadással várják a pécsi érdeklődőket.

A képzések helyszíne a Pécsi Család- és KarrierPONT: 7621 Pécs, Váradi Antal u. 7/2, illetve a MIOK a hátrányos helyzetű emberekért Alapítvány székhelye: 7629 Pécs, Pákolitz István u. 33. A képzésekre személyesen a korábban említett helyszíneken, de online, a baranya.munkacsalad.hu oldalon is jelezhetjük részvételi szándékunkat. (x)
