A szakemberek szerint megéri lakásba fektetni a pénzt, a banki betétnél komolyabb hozam érhető el vele. Nem véletlen, hogy Pécsett is nagyon sok helyen zajlik jelentős ingatlanfejlesztés, amelyekről lapunk is beszámolt már: Egyetemvárosban szinte új utcák születnek, de a belvárosban, sőt más városrészekben is egyre-másra indulnak meg az építkezések.
